Easily self-manage your lead settings

The product team have been working hard to develop a great new tool for you to self-manage your lead settings within the Tradie Portal by clicking on Lead Settings in the left hand menu. It lets you change the radius and categories for the leads you are getting, so you can adjust the volume of leads to suit you.

Self manage your categories

Refine the type of leads you are getting by adding or removing any categories and subcategories you are listed under. Changes to your categories will also be made immediately – except when a license is required.

Self manage the areas you service

Change the areas you want to work in, simply by adjusting the driving distance from your base postcode. You can also include or exclude specific postcodes or suburbs to fine tune the areas you want to cover. Any changes you make to your areas will be live immediately.

Built-in lead estimator

We’ve also built a lead estimator, which will show you how many leads you should receive based on your settings. Simply keep adjusting your areas and/or categories to get to your ideal lead volume.
